Your responsibilities will include: Implementing our curriculum tailored to meet the individual needs of each child. Establishing a safe and nurturing environment where children can engage in play and learning. Collaborating with parents to ensure the best care and education for their children. Contributing to your center's success by working with staff and leadership to meet goals related to enrollment, accreditation, and engagement. Building positive relationships with families, educators, state licensing authorities, community partners, and corporate contacts. Essential Skills and Qualifications: Exceptional customer service abilities, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively. Fulfill state-specific qualifications for the position or be willing to obtain them. CPR and First Aid Certification or a willingness to acquire these certifications. Physically capable of lifting at least 40 pounds and working in both indoor and outdoor settings. Able to adopt low postures to maintain physical and visual contact with children, ensuring safety and engagement in physical activities.
