Job Description:

Looking for an on-task Plumber who is able to tackle any plumbing challenge at any of our current homes in the Cincinnati or Dayton area.

The ideal candidate will take pride in his work, accomplish tasks quickly, and communicate clearly throughout the job and upon job completion.

Compensation: Paid weekly

Benefits: Paid Holidays, 401K Match, Healthcare, and Paid time off

Responsibilities:
--- Experience servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing water heaters, tubs, toilets, sinks, faucets, showers, various valves, pipes, drains, water softeners, etc.
--- Must communicate with Managers
--- Take pride in work
--- Accomplish tasks quickly and effectively
--- Preferably be able to pull all required permits for major plumbing projects
--- Guarantee work done

Qualifications:
--- Ability to pull needed permits for all major plumbing projects
--- Maintain own Licensure - Preferred
--- Must possess own tools necessary to complete a plumbing diagnosis and repair
--- Must have a current driver's license and a reliable vehicle
--- Pass a background check
--- Prioritize, multi-task, and show up as promised
--- Excellent communication is critical to your success with our company
