Job DescriptionJob Title: Inventory CoordinatorSchedule: 1st Shift (8:00am to 4:30pm), M-FPay Rate: $20.00/hrJob Type: Full TimeLocation: Middletown, OHWe are looking for an Inventory Coordinator who is detail-oriented, exceptionally organized, and who has excellent communication, math and analytical skills, and relevant computer software know-how.Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, this position is responsible for maintaining warehouse inventory and reconciliation on a regular basis. The Inventory Coordinator will research and reconcile any inventory variances, along with managing, conducting, and reporting on all inventory audits. This role will assist in upholding compliance requirements and report any discrepancies to management. The successful Inventory Coordinator should have at least 2 years' experience in inventory control and warehousing, excellent time-management skills, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Should be able to work extended hours if needed and have experience in building strong working relationships.RESPONSIBILITIES

• Count all goods in the warehouse on a scheduled basis, and reconcile against ERP inventory levels
• Identify and communicate common control opportunities to manager
• Analyze and identify areas where internal controls can be improved or implemented at an appropriate cost/benefit relationship
• Become Subject Matter Expert on field level inventory internal controls in accordance with the Controls Policy and Procedures Manual
• Perform individualized facility training on policies, procedures, and controls
• Assist with annual independent inventory schedule for independent inventory counts
• Review Inventory variance reports and work to identify and resolve issues
• Other duties or special projects as assigned by the Department ManagerQUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or (GED) equivalent is required
  • 2+ years of inventory control and warehousing related experience preferred
  • Parts Technician Certification preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Detail oriented, with a high level of accuracy
  • Must be able to complete work with a limited degree of supervision
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on an unassisted basis, repetitively
  • Previous experience/certification of power equipment operation preferred, (ex. Forklift)
  • Willingness to be trained on and use forklift and scissor lift
  • Able to comfortably count inventory on shelves up to 30 feet tall
  • Must be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced distribution center environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required
  • Familiarity with WMS/D365 system is preferred
