Flatbed OTR Positions Available Benefits: CompetitivePay 05 CPM extra for oversized loads in states requiring night shutdown Home most weekends $250 minimum load pay Average 9,500 milesper month All tractors are less than 3 years old $1,100 orientationpay for all EXPERIENCED drivers Health, dental, vision, teledoc,short-term, and life insurance We will cross train! Our operatingarea is 36 states: I-35 and Eastward Paid vacation & ETO(Earned Time Off) Direct deposit weekly 100% eLogs Rider policyDriver Referral Bonus $3,000 for Experienced OTR Drivers only Firstinstallment paid 30 days after issued truck Every 30 days totaling3 installments (3 month pay out) Driver Requirements: Must be atleast 23 years of age A minimum of 3-4 months verifiable andcurrent over the road experience (OTR = stay out all week / 5 ormore states) * 1 year is preferred Valid Class A CDL Must beregistered with FMCSA Clearing House Good work history * No morethan 4-5 jobs in recent 3 year period * Must have excellent MVR,DAC, PSP, Medical etc Good employment verifications * Not acceptingany NO to REHIRE in recent 3 year period (any company including JC)Acceptable DAC report (see above) No positive drug or alcohol test* Pre-employment * Random * Post-accident Acceptable MVR * Nospeeding tickets over 18 mph * No reckless driving in the last 3years * No DUI convictions within current 3 years * No currentsuspension or history of suspensions No more than 2 movingviolations Acceptable PSP * Reasonable inspection violations (nondriver related) Clean CDR Long Term Trainee requirements- same asabove, but includes: Truck Driving School certificate copy TruckDriving School transcript copy 90 or above GPA No MVR violationsAbout Us: At Jordan Carriers, our drivers are much more than just atruck number.
