Standard Business Hours (EST) The Digital Marketing Strategy team
is seeking an experienced Marketing Strategy Consultant to support
the development and execution of high-impact B2B digital marketing
initiatives. In this role, youll leverage analytical insights to
optimize campaign performance, drive business growth, and enhance
audience engagement. This position provides the opportunity to
collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to strategic
marketing decisions, and influence digital innovations across
multiple channels. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in
digital marketing, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability
to translate data into actionable strategies. Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, and optimize B2B digital marketing campaigns
across multiple channels. Conduct A/B testing to compare messaging,
creative, and targeting approaches, and provide actionable insights
to stakeholders. Analyze campaign performance using web analytics
and data visualization tools to identify opportunities for
improvement. Collaborate with finance, analytics, and business
partners to support enhancements to revenue and marketing models.
Contribute strategic recommendations for new marketing tactics,
digital innovations, and process improvements. Prepare
presentations summarizing performance trends, insights, and
actionable recommendations for internal teams. Support the adoption
and evaluation of emerging marketing technologies. Manage multiple
projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and
meeting deadlines. Qualifications: 8 years of experience in digital
marketing strategy, preferably in B2B environments. Hands-on
experience with A/B testing, including managing test processes,
interpreting results, and applying insights. Proven analytical and
problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision
making. Strong project management abilities and experience managing
multiple priorities simultaneously. Knowledge of B2B marketing
trends, digital technologies, and campaign optimization best
practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with
the ability to convey complex ideas clearly. Collaborative mindset
with experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and
stakeholders. Proficiency in web analytics, data visualization, and
marketing performance tracking tools. Bachelors degree in
Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Upon acceptance of offer, candidates will be required to complete a
7-year background check and undergo a urine panel drug screening.
