Lifecycle Content Lead, U.S. LillyDirect COMPANY OVERVIEW WHO WE

Role We are seeking an Associate Director, Lifecycle Content Lead
to define and deliver content across the entire LillyDirect
ecosystem from digital tools and service messages to packaging and
support ensuring every experience is clear, consistent, and
aligned! This role is responsible for writing, managing, and
evolving all content that supports our consumers — from sign-up
through onboarding, transactional moments, ongoing engagement, and
reengagement. You’ll develop the words, flows, and strategies that
bring our services to life and ensure they’re accessible, accurate,
and always in our voice. You’ll take the lead on developing key
content and be responsible for writing high-impact pieces while
leading agency or vendor partners to support broader content needs.
You’ll collaborate closely with teams across product, design,
legal, consumer research, go-to-market, technology, and operations
to ensure every piece of content is appropriate for its placement,
governed by the right processes, and optimized for performance.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON Write and manage content across email, SMS,
product interfaces, packaging, site experiences, transactional
flows, and service channels including representing LillyDirect’s
voice in partner platforms and vendor-delivered content to drive
seamless cohesive experiences Ensure all content reflects our tone,
positioning, and consumer intent tailored to the audience, moment,
and medium Own and manage a messaging and campaign calendar,
ensuring cohesion, visibility, and no duplication across
touchpoints Create content for engagement and reengagement
campaigns helping design the experiences that drive continued
action and writing the messages that connect consumers to those
moments Develop and refine transactional and service messaging to
keep consumers informed, confident, and supported throughout their
journey Partner with experience leads and GTM team to ensure
content is deployed with proper context, consent, and clarity
Collaborate with consumer researchers to help shape how feedback is
solicited and communicated to consumers, including the language and
experience surrounding embedded surveys Maintain and govern content
within CMS tools like Adobe Experience Manager and/or Contentful,
ensuring accuracy, freshness, and compliance Guide content through
internal approval processes, track usage and expiration timelines,
and lead regulatory requirements Lead agency and vendor
relationships, including brief development, quality control, and
alignment to voice and standards Identify innovative content
formats, delivery channels, and technologies — including
AI-assisted tools — that enhance how we serve and engage consumers
Track and analyze content performance, optimize based on insights,
and support content strategy reporting for internal and executive
partners Contribute to high-visibility communications and materials
that convey our content strategies or consumer experience
initiatives. WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH This role works
cross-functionally with product, experience, go-to-market,
technology, operations, legal/compliance/regulatory, consumer
research, design, and analytics teams. You’ll operate as the
editorial and content subject matter expert for the consumer
experience, ensuring every word we put into the world works harder,
performs better, and reflects the high standards of the LillyDirect
brand. BASIC REQUIREMENTS Bachelors Degree 5 years in consumer
content-focused roles Qualified applicants must be authorized to
work in the United States on a full-time basis. Lilly will not

this role. STRONG PREFERENCES Strong editorial, UX writing, or
product content background Proven experience crafting lifecycle
content across digital channels, preferably in ecommerce, health
tech, or consumer platforms Demonstrated ability to write, edit,
and deliver content that is clear, persuasive, and aligned to brand
tone Strong experience working within CMS platforms such as Adobe
Experience Manager, Contentful, etc Strong cross-functional
collaboration skills and ability to manage review and approval
processes Detail-oriented and able to lead multiple projects in
parallel while maintaining quality ADDITIONAL PREFERENCES
Experience operating within regulated industries or managing
content subject to legal, compliance, or usage constraints
Familiarity with lifecycle platforms such as Braze, Salesforce
Marketing Cloud, or similar Experience managing vendors and/or
content agencies Comfort presenting work and insights to senior
leaders and supporting high-level communication deliverables
Strategic thinking with an innovator’s approach and curiosity about
new tools, formats, and technologies (including AI) Deep empathy
for consumers and a strong belief in content as a service and
differentiator Experience designing or structuring content for AI
use cases including LLM training, semantic tagging, or
personalization. Experience with headless CMS concepts. A strategic
problem solver with a bias for action and a drive to simplify

on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic
location. The anticipated wage for this position is $122,250 -
$179,300 Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a
company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual
performance). In addition, Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit
