BenchMark Physical Therapy is hiring a Senior Physical Therapist to fulfill a Regional Clinical Excellence Coordinator position for our clinics in the Indianapolis, Indiana market.
A network of over 1200 clinics from coast to coast, 26 brand partners, that leads the outpatient physical therapy field. You excel at providing specialized evaluation and evidence-based treatment based on patient specific needs.
You deliver the highest quality care and meet our standards of clinical excellence.
You enjoy collaborating with fellow clinical peers to implement and facilitate new grad mentorship programming.
You work well with clinicians to properly collect outcome data and provide strategies.
You work well with regional leadership to develop individualized plans for professional development of clinical staff.
You are eager to continually learn through professional growth opportunities.

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
Passion for clinical excellence with the ability to effectively communicate with and teach our clinical staff
Ability to provide live or virtual mentoring and tutorials focused on developing increased orthopedic skills and care outcomes to less experienced clinicians
Ability to travel (as needed) within the Michigan market -
