Responsibilities: The ultrasound technologist performs ultrasound procedures and related techniques, producing images for the interpretation by, and at the request of, a licensed independent practitioner. May be required to learn to scan vascular exams i.e., venous duplex scans. Will perform direct patient care in a compassionate and timely manner. Under the direction of Radiology leadership, the Ultrasound tech performs duties directly involved with a variety of technical procedures in the use of ultrasound for the diagnosis of disease or pathology. Shift/Hours: Days or Nights On Call/Weekend Requirements: Will discuss in interview process Pay Scale: $33-$51 depending on experience Must Haves: Certifications: AHA BLS & ARDMS, RDMS, or ARRT certification. Experience: 1 year experience required but no less than 8 months taken into consideration Education: Associates, America Medical Association (AMA) allied health training program in Ultrasound preferred Preferred Experience: EPIC knowledge RDMS in Abdomen, Breast & Ob/Gy Incentives: Sign On Bonus Tuition Reimbursement Potential/Possible Relocation Reimbursement provided
