Job Description:

The Lead will oversee the Supplier Agents as well as have the responsibility for the day to day activities. The Supervisor duties include, but are not limited to (unless otherwise approved by client): Leadership skills Ability to deliver proven results Experience in supervision, coordination, and motivation of employees Minimum education level of a high school diploma1. Usage of activity tracker or other approved time tracking mechanisms.2. Reinforcing client methods on processing documents in accordance with the Business Rules for each assigned work queue.3. Tracking and reporting performance.4. Queue monitoring for quality control.5. Ensuring proper escalation of issues and adherence to all applicable Regulatory Requirements.6. Adherence to Business Rules and all other requirements as mutually agreed to between Supplier and client7. Notifying the Supplier Operations Managers of issues that require escalation to client management. 8. The requirements for an Operations Supervisor will include, but are not limited to, the following (unless otherwise approved by client):Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearBenefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insuranceSchedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to FridayWork Location: On the road
