Essential Functions:

* Manufacturing Technician will work with Cell Leaders, Cell Members, Quality and Engineering staff to assure manufacturing compliance respective to the use of all existing manufacturing/process equipment, respective gages and fixtures.
* Assists in the development and construction of manufacturing cells
* Reviews tooling requirements and aides in the tool designs.
* Orders specially designed cutting tools and other operating supplies needed to support designed manufacturing processes.
* Creates and maintains standard work and process plans.


* Improve current manufacturing processes in order to reduce costs and increase reliability and control of these operations.
* Gather all necessary data respective to non-conformances and provide relentless root cause and positive corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Set-up, run, and trouble shoot manufacturing processes
* Ability to work in a team problem-solving environment either as an organizer or participant is required.
* Computer knowledge
* Strong written & verbal communication skills
* Ability to multi-task
* Strong organizational skills
* Detail oriented
* Proficient in Microsoft Office

Basic Qualifications:

* H.S. Diploma
* 6-10 years of manufacturing experience or an Associate's degree and 2-6 years of manufacturing experience.
* US Citizenship required due to government contract
