Job Description:

Role overview

• Preparation of frames and jambs used in the pre-hanging process
• Prepare, machine, and hang wood and fiberglass doors
• Use pneumatic and hand tools to assemble door units
• Learn the operation of the production line machinery
• Palletize, brace, and wrap with stretch film using automated equipment
• Maintain quality control on all items produced
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs unassisted and repeatedly

Experience Preferred

• Knowledge of the door pre-hanging process and pocket frame assembly is a plus
• Product knowledge including millwork and fiberglass doors a plus
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• 1-2 years production experience
• Good communication skills
• Good paperwork accuracy
• Good attendance history
• Excellent work habits
• Strong attention to detail
