This role in summary Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates to join our Production Team as an Assembler on Midnight Shift, in our Marion, Ohio manufacturing facility. The Marion, Ohio plant is the world's largest manufacturer of clothes dryers. Do you want to share your ideas in an innovative environment? As an associate, you will need to be able to work in a fast paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work, and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment. Your responsibilities will include The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions: /n - Continuously stand or walk (up to 12 hours per day) /n - ability to reach (over shoulder), twist/turn, push/pull, bend, squat, and lift up to 35lbs frequently /n - Work on a moving/conveyor style production line or stabilized workstation /n - Assemble and install parts by hand or using tools/equipment. /n - Crating and packaging of materials, parts, products etc. /n /n Minimum requirements /n - 1 - years of consistent work history /n - Must be at least 18 years of age /n - Possess a high school diploma or GED; /n - Be subject to and successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. /n - Motivated to work as a team player who takes ownership of their work in a safety-minded environment /n - Must provide a resume /n /n Preferred skills and experiences /n - 3-months of manufacturing or distribution experience (consecutive) /n - Associates Degree /n /n Why should you apply?
