Job Description:
Clean Harbors seeks a dedicated Fleet Operations Coordinator to
manage and optimize fleet operations in our continuing effort to
provide superior environmental, energy, and industrial services.
This vital role involves overseeing the maintenance, compliance,
and efficiency of our fleet vehicles crucial for hazardous waste
disposal, emergency spill responses, and industrial cleaning
services. As part of our mission, you will ensure our fleet
operates smoothly, sustainably, and safely, aligning with our core
values of environmental protection and responsibility. Coordinate
the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling,
maintenance, and compliance with environmental regulations Monitor
and report on fleet usage and maintenance needs to prevent
downtimes and ensure operational efficiency Develop and implement
strategies for fuel efficiency and cost-effectiveness in fleet
management Ensure compliance with government regulations and
company policies regarding vehicle operation and environmental
standards Collaborate with other departments to optimize logistics
and respond to emergency situations effectively Train and supervise
fleet staff on safety and operational protocols Proficiency in
fleet management software Strong organizational and logistics
planning skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of environmental regulations and safety standards in
