Compensation Highlights Average drivers earn $90,000–$95,000 per year High performers earn $100,000 annually Pay includes a combination of hours, miles, stops, and cases Weekly pay Benefits Package (Day 1 Eligibility) Medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time 401(k) with profit sharing after 90 days Company-paid life insurance HSA and FSA options Schedule & Route Details Typical dispatch time around 7:00 PM Team-based routes Average route length is approximately 24 hours What You’ll Be Doing Operate a tractor-trailer safely and in compliance with DOT regulations Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs Deliver freight to customer locations and assist with unloading Verify delivery paperwork, store access, and temperature requirements Document deliveries, exceptions, and product conditions Maintain professionalism and a strong safety mindset at all times Driver Requirements Valid Class A CDL At least 1 year or 50,000 miles of verified tractor-trailer experience Must be 21 years of age or older Acceptable driving record and safety history Able to read, write, and communicate in English
