Job Description Job Description ComResource is looking for a Java Backend Services Developer. We need someone to assist in designing and implementing backend services within an agile environment while ensuring code quality and risk compliance. Responsibilities: Design and implement new backend features Serve as hands-on developer within an agile squad Develop microservice-oriented architectures Practice test-driven development Automate processes and improve operational excellence Maintain documentation and audit compliance Collaborate with engineering and operations teams Contribute to software development standards Essentials: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience 3 years of Java (Java 17) 3 years of Spring and Spring Boot 1–3 years of microservices architecture experience 1–2 years of Agile/Scrum experience Experience with Git, Jenkins, and containerization (Docker) Strong understanding of security best practices Desired: Experience leading best practice communities Strong operational automation experience Req ID: AM367121126
