We need someone to assist in leading post–go-live support efforts by coordinating issue management, driving resolution, and ensuring accountability across large, matrixed teams. Responsibilities: Facilitate a cohesive post–go-live support structure Capture, track, and report issues across teams and partners Lead detailed resolution calls and drive accountability Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and vendors Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Support program and project management activities as needed Essentials: Strong leadership and facilitation skills Excellent attention to detail and follow-through Self-starter with the ability to manage priorities independently Experience working on large, complex programs Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Flexibility to travel and work non-standard hours Desired: Program or project management experience Large enterprise or transformation project experience Req ID: CG1960041218
