Description: RoyPow USA is seeking a highly skilled Tech Support technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers. Job duties: Providing technical on-site support and training to customers experiencing issues with their lithium batteries. Troubleshooting technical issues and working to resolve them in a timely manner. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and technical support requests. Assisting with product installation and maintenance as needed. Requirements: Must be willing to travel within the US (all expenses will be Covered by the Company) Some technical support experience Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Familiarity with lithium batteries (Preferred) Associates degree in relative field (Preferred) Bilingual in English and Chinese (Preferred).
