The Sr. Field Service Supervisor role supervises a Field Service Engineering
team for the Honeywell organization based in southern Ohio. -This leader will be an expert at building
highly productive teams, have motivating leadership skills and will ultimately
drive sales and profitable growth of the service business. This successful
candidate will report to the territory Service Business Leader and act as
mentor to train/ develop future managers. The Sr Field Service Supervisor is
responsible for customer relationship management, developing additional sales
opportunities, & managing personnel (service technicians and fitters). The
key metrics this role is accountable for include Orders, Revenue, Profit, the
day-to-day Service Operations Service Agreement, Contracts and Customer
Satisfaction. The Sr Field Service Supervisor must be able to work in a
fast-paced environment while still being held accountable for the overall
financial P&L results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise team activities and performance.
  • Collect and report performance metrics.
  • Develop team and team members.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Assign and supervise project work.
  • Developing sales opportunities with customer base.
  • Ability to travel throughout the service area.
    YOU MUST
    HAVE:
    • 5+ years of experience in a field or service leadership, project management or business operations role
    • Valid Driver's License.
    • High School/Equivalent diploma WE
      VALUE:

      • 3+ years of experience within the construction or field service industry.
      • Bachelor's degree
      • Experience in controls, mechanical, fire and security industry.
      • Experience with a P&L.
      • Experience dealing with customer satisfaction (growth and problem resolution).
      • Previous supervisory experience.
      • SAP experience.
      • Excellent communication skills.
      • Demonstrated ability to influence at varying levels across the organization.
      • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team.Additional Information
