That's why all our employees enjoy access to dynamic career opportunities across different fields and industries.----------Are you ready to help us make the future?---------- Provide reliable technical assistance to internal and external customers.----- You will support focus on accuracy, timely feedback, and customer satisfaction----- You will build internal relationships to expedite complicated cases----- You will ensure proper documenting and recording of all activity and communication--RESPONSIBILITIES:---------- Be part of a team that is solving complex technical problems for external customers-------- Troubleshoot issues related to proprietary software running sortation systems in distribution/fulfillment centers-------- Document phone call and issue details------- Create and provide training------- Monitor software applications - create automated reporting----- Debug software defects and investigate software source code to help answer customer questions----- Develop software improvements----- Manage change control process - write scope of work and coordinate change with external customer------- Test and implement software changes----- Build internal relationships to expedite complicated cases----- Develop broad comprehension of customer needs----- Promote the knowledge-sharing mindset, methodology, and tools----- Help develop Technical Support processes----- Ensure proper documenting and recording of all activity and communication----- Address systemic coordination issues ----Due to compliance with U.S.
export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is
defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status
in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an
export authorization".--MUST HAVE:------------- At least 5 year of experience troubleshooting software issues-------- At least 5 year of experience reading, reviewing and interpreting software architecture, functional diagrams and technical artifacts-------- Customer facing experience-------- Ability to focus on relevant information and identify and execute on key details-------- Experience with C programming languages-------- Experience with SQL, creating queries, and data analysis-------- Ability to consistently make and execute timely decisions-------- Ability to quickly analyze, incorporate, and apply new information and concepts-------- Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills-------- Demonstrated experience with Knowledge Management & Call Center Management-------- Ability to multitask---------WE VALUE:------------- Master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field----- 7+ years of experience in software engineering----- Experience with a variety of software engineering tools and processes----- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills----- Ability to work independently and as part of a team----- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work------BENEFITS:-----Benefits provided may differ by role and location.
