this is a great opportunity. What You'll Do As the Assistant
Manager, you’ll be a key partner to the Center Director and a
visible leader on the donor floor, taking ownership of key parts of
daily operations while ensuring a safe and welcoming experience.
You will be a key part of the culture - jumping in wherever
necessary and creating a positive environment for the team and our
donors. You will have a unique opportunity to be part of a

Compensation: Up to $70K ($50K - $55K base up to 25% monthly bonus)
benefits Travel: 8 weeks of paid training with travel and
accommodations provided Key Responsibilities Own day-to-day
operations by jumping in on the donor floor, keeping things moving,
and ensuring smooth donor flow and retention. Partner on strategy
with the Center Director to plan and execute goals around
operations, donor experience, and compliance. Lead by example and
coach team members in real time. Monitor quality, safety, and
regulatory standards, supporting audits and inspections. Manage and
maintain inventory, equipment, and supplies. Recruit and develop
exceptional team members and foster a culture of growth and
accountability. Communicate and align expectations through regular
team syncs, share updates, and keep everyone focused on the day’s
priorities. Required Qualifications High school diploma, GED
equivalent, or higher education 2 years of supervisory or
leadership experience Ability to lift 50 lbs., sit or stand for
extended periods, and enter cold environments (-40°ree;C)
for short periods Ability to work both day and evening hours,
weekends, holidays, extended shifts as needed Who You Are A
