Job Description:
Aramark is seeking a Dining Services Manager who will be
responsible for overseeing the daily operations of dining services
at assigned venues, including staff management, customer
satisfaction, and maintaining Aramarks standards of excellence.
This role demands a leader with a sharp mind and the ability to
coach, advise, motivate, or replace employees as needed. The Dining
Services Manager ensures that the dining operations meet health and
safety standards, while also providing excellent food quality and
service consistency. This position is pivotal in upholding the
reputation of Aramark as a leader in the food services industry,

hospitality and service management. Manage day-to-day operations of
the dining service area. Ensure food and service meet health and
safety standards. Manage budgeting and inventory control. Hire,
train, and develop dining service staff. Conduct regular staff
meetings and provide updates on policy changes. Work closely with
the kitchen staff to coordinate menu items. Oversee the cleanliness
and maintenance of the dining area. Resolve customer complaints
regarding food quality or service. Strong leadership and people
management skills Excellent communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of food safety and health regulations Ability to work
under pressure in a fast-paced environment Budget management and
cost control abilities Proficiency in using relevant technology and
