$48,000.00/Annually Timal Group LLC is currently seeking highly
motivated and team-oriented Field Supervisors who are eager for

drive and travel consistently, including out-of-state trips.
Leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure. Capable of
climbing ladders and moving freely to observe all areas in houses
or buildings under construction. Comfortable working in diverse
weather conditions. Minimum High School Diploma or GED. Required
OSHA certification. Valid Driver's License. Strong verbal and
written communication skills in both English and Spanish. Basic
computer skills. Ability to read blueprints. At least 2 years of
experience in construction. Management experience preferred.
Responsibilities Monitor assigned communities daily. Supervise
field team. Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and workers for
scheduling. Ensure all production work adheres to floor plans and
selection sheets. Learn and follow each Builders Scope of Work.
Resolve major issues as they arise. Manage customer inquiries and
ensure timely communication throughout the construction process.
Conduct material and equipment inventory, including noting
equipment conditions. Comply with and ensure other workers adhere
to OSHA Safety Regulations. Document all field activity in Jobber
for production and payroll reports. Confirm Punch Out Lists are
complete to ensure quality work delivery. Supervise Field
Assistants and coordinating their schedules. Ensure all tasks are
completed on time and within budget. Negotiate with customers and
vendors. Write completed production reports and ensuring their
accuracy. Maintain confidentiality of client and vendor
