will report to the head of Organizational Effectiveness and will
work closely with the Senior Retail Banking Branch Leadership Team.
The incumbent is responsible for building critical partnerships
across the Retail Division and Human Resources. The incumbent is
responsible for leading a high-performing Retail training team and
for successfully executing and facilitating all Retail branch
training programs. The incumbent will identify, develop, implement,
and evaluate innovative and effective training programs that meet
the needs of the Retail Banking Branch Division. Development of
curriculum will include the creative design of training programs
that instill foundational concepts and maximize branch employee
engagement, participation, and growth. The incumbent will exhibit

Essential Functions --- Act as a collaborative business partner
that seeks and responds to regular input from the Senior Retail
Banking Leadership Team, the Chief Retail Banking Officer, a
cross-line of business leaders, and the HR Business Partner(s) to
meet the training and development needs of the Retail Banking
Branch division. --- Proactively partner and communicate with the
Senior Retail Banking Branch Leadership Team to ensure strategic
and performance alignment to training needs. --- Develop and
implement learning strategies, programs, and resources to meet
Retail Banking's overall learning objectives. --- Ensure that new
curricula and content are built on the foundation of existing
training programs. --- Partner with business stakeholders and
subject matter experts to shape core content, assessments, and
exercises. --- Exhibit the ability to design and facilitate
training programs around; consultative relationship building,
teller training, customer experience, sales management, leadership,
and future-forward curriculums to meet the evolving needs of the
Retail Banking Division. --- Act as a performance consultant
analyzing training needs and potential skill gaps in the Retail
Banking Branch division. --- Utilize instructional design skills to
develop and execute solutions for Retail Banking training programs.
--- Successfully manage multiple projects at one time, consistently
meeting set deadlines. --- Solicit consistent feedback, and measure
the impact programs have on the business line. --- Provide an
extraordinary branch employee training experience to foster an
environment that holds the training team accountable to exemplary
standards. --- Strive to provide an inspiring onboarding training
experience through thoughtful consideration of the audience and
their level of banking experience. Always consider the impact of
the training content provided and how the content is delivered. ---
Act as a strategic thinker making meaningful recommendations and
adjustments in training to improve employee performance. ---
Establish performance metrics and accountabilities for the training
team to include outreach and support to newly trained Retail
Banking branch employees. Effectively and regularly evaluate new
hire performance while keeping stakeholders informed. --- Deliver
on commitments through effective prioritization of skills, time
management, attention to detail, and delegation. --- Identify and
manage situations that require escalation or further evaluation to
the Senior Retail Banking Leadership team and direct manager. ---

branch employees and +/- 53 branches MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS ---
Bachelor's degree in Education or a business-related field or equal
job experience. --- Minimum of 5 years experience with Retail
Banking Consultative Sales Training, Instructional Design, and
Facilitation --- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation
skills to effectively convey goals and objectives to staff and
management --- Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of
supporting the ever-changing demands of the business --- Possess
creativity, negotiation, and problem-solving skills --- Proficient
in Microsoft Office Suite, including but not limited to Word,
Excel, and PowerPoint NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT NECESSARY Work with
programs such as Storyline, Articulate Rise, Captivate or PowToon.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS General Office Equipment Ability to Work on a
Computer for Extended Periods of Time Ability to Stand for Extended
Periods of Time Ability to Travel throughout the Retail footprint
COMPLIANCE Adheres to applicable federal and state regulations and
Bank policies and procedures, including but not limited to OFAC,
BSA, PATRIOT Act, Privacy, and consumer protection regulations
pertaining to incumbent's business line. Completes required
training (on-line and in-person) by set due dates. In order to be
