Job Description Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Franklin, Ohio. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Physical Therapy Assistant - Discipline: Therapy - Start Date: 04/06/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours - Employment Type: Travel Make a real difference as a travel Physical Therapist Assistant at a skilled nursing facility in Franklin, OH. You will work with patients recovering from injuries or illness under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. A recruiter will follow up with details upon application. /n /n Minimum Qualifications /n - Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. - Active Ohio PTA license required to start the assignment. - BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required; maintain current certification if requested by the client. - Experience working in skilled nursing facilities or long-term care settings preferred. - Demonstrated competency with transfers, gait training, therapeutic exercise, and use of standard assistive devices such as walkers and Hoyer lifts preferred. - Ability to follow established care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. /n /n Assignment Details /n - Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility. /n /n Location Highlights /n Franklin, OH offers a mix of historic small-town charm and regional outdoor access.
