Registered Nurse (RN) | Mother Baby Location: Columbus, OH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,997 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/20/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Mother-Baby / Couplet Care / Post Partum Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of postpartum experience License: Active nursing license required Certifications: BLS, IV certification Must-Have: - IV start skills - Labor & delivery (L&D) experience - EPIC experience Description: Schedule may float to units with similar acuity. 3x12-hour night shifts required. This is a postpartum unit providing family-centered care to women and infants. Patient ratios are 3-4 dyads, 6-8 patients total during nights and weekends. Staffing includes interdisciplinary support from various teams. Daily census is 60 patients. Common patient diagnoses include vaginal deliveries, cesarean deliveries, and postpartum readmits for wound infection and preeclampsia. Special procedures involve telemetry interpretation; RNs must pass an EKG exam prior to start. Candidates must complete a fingerprinting process upon signing the contract. Two professional references are required, including one from a supervisory role. Former employees are eligible for travel assignments after a 6-month absence. Current employees are ineligible for hire as travelers. Education must be from an accredited program. Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS
