Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract
opportunity is available for a skilled Occupational Therapist to
provide essential leave coverage in an elementary school setting in
Indianapolis, IN. This 12-week assignment offers a five-day
workweek commitment with a schedule of 4 days per week, supporting
students in their developmental and academic needs. Key
Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy services tailored to
elementary-aged students. Collaborate with educators, parents, and
support staff to create individualized treatment plans. Assess
student progress and adjust therapy interventions accordingly.
Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in
compliance with school policies. Participate in team meetings and
provide consultation to support student success. Desired Skills and
Experience: Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in
school-based settings. Proven ability to manage an elementary
caseload effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
to work collaboratively with school personnel and families.
Familiarity with educational regulations and standards related to
occupational therapy. Adaptability to a short-term contract role
