Registered Nurse (RN) | Ambulatory Care Location: Columbus, OH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,217 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Ambulatory Care Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30) Experience: Minimum of 2 years required License: Valid nursing license required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: - Experience in oncology ambulatory care - Familiarity with EPIC documentation system - Ability to interpret laboratory results - Skills in medication reconciliation - Proficiency in obtaining and recording vital signs - Experience with specimen collection including venipuncture and capillary samples - Knowledge of office duties including telephone triage and pharmacy calls Description: Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for Ambulatory Care. The position involves providing care for patients diagnosed with cancer. You will offer psychosocial support through individual and group counseling. Promotion of wellness and care coordination for cancer survivors is essential. Support for family planning and address sexual function concerns are provided. Holistic evaluations and complementary medicine alternatives will be part of the role. Collaboration with various specialists for rehabilitation and emotional support is needed. You will assist in setting up and conducting medical procedures. Administrative tasks will include medication reconciliation and follow-up calls. A commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork is crucial. The role requires effective communication skills and a compassionate approach.
