Monitor and assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Educate patients and families on respiratory health and treatment options. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient care and outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments and progress. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in respiratory care. Utilize performance metrics to track personal and team success. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery. Assist in the development of respiratory care protocols and best practices. Provide support and mentorship to junior respiratory therapists. Engage in community outreach to promote respiratory health awareness. Experience/Qualifications Valid Respiratory Therapist license in the state of Indiana. Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and training. Experience in administering respiratory therapy treatments to diverse patient populations. Ability to assess patient progress and modify treatment plans effectively. Strong knowledge of respiratory care protocols and best practices. Excellent communication skills for patient and family education. Familiarity with performance metrics and quality improvement initiatives. Experience collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Ability to maintain accurate documentation of patient care.
