Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. Deliver
occupational therapy services to K-12 students across multiple
school settings in the Mason, OH area. This contract role spans the
complete school year, providing support primarily 1-2 days per week
with a flexible schedule tailored to district needs. The position
includes work with both elementary and middle/high school students,
managing a caseload that varies in size. Key Responsibilities: -
Provide direct occupational therapy interventions to students in
various educational settings - Collaborate with educators, parents,
and support staff to develop and implement individualized treatment
plans - Conduct assessments and maintain thorough documentation to
track student progress - Adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse
student needs across multiple locations - Participate in team
meetings and contribute to supportive educational strategies
Qualifications: - Licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) with
credentials valid for school-based practice - Experience delivering
OT services in a K-12 school environment, ideally across elementary
and secondary grade levels - Ability to work itinerantly, traveling
between multiple school sites as required - Strong communication
skills for collaboration with school personnel and families -
Flexibility to accommodate a part-time schedule (1-2 days per week)
