Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA - Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment - BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC - Must have at least 12 months of home health experience within the past 3 years Assignment Details - Facility Type: Home Health - Shift: Days - Working Hours: 8 hours, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - On-call: Required - Productivity Expectation: 30 Points per week Location Highlights Marion, OH offers a range of attractions and activities for travelers.
