Job Description Job Description Please find the job description below. Title: Phlebotomist II Location: 302 S Park Blvd, Glendora CA 91741 Contract Duration: 3 months. Hrs/Wk: 40.00hrs Pay Rate: $20/ Hr to $25.00/ Hr on W2. Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred. Phlebotomy certification preferred. Required in California, Nevada, and Washington. Work Experience: Three years of phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections. Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred. Customer service in a retail or service environment is preferred. Keyboard/data entry experience. State of Credentials Licenses Required: NO Shift/Time Zone: Monday - Friday 7am - 4 pm
