Registered Nurse (Med Surg/Telemetry) – Ohio Start Date: February
24, 2026 Location: Lima, Ohio Compensation: Details provided to
qualified applicants Schedule: Shift-based schedule with every
other weekend requirement; no on-call duties Highlights: Med
Surg/Telemetry unit specializing in cardiac monitoring and stroke
care Work with cardiac medications including titration protocols
for Cardizem, Amiodarone, Nitro, Heparin, and Dobutamine Utilize
critical thinking skills in a fast-paced telemetry environment with
continuous rhythm monitoring Collaborate with multidisciplinary
team including LPN, PCT, and unit support staff Every other weekend
schedule promoting work-life balance No on-call responsibilities
Requirements: Active Ohio RN License or Compact Multi-State License
(verified via Nursys) Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience
required Current American Heart Association BLS certification
Current American Heart Association ACLS certification Current NIHSS
(NIH Stroke Scale) certification Recent Med Surg/Telemetry Skills
Checklist (current within 1 year) Demonstrated competency in
telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation Proficiency
with cardiac medication administration and titration protocols
Strong communication and critical thinking skills with ability to
recognize and respond to changes in patient status Knowledge of
stroke signs and symptoms with appropriate intervention protocols
