Prepare and maintain sterile conditions before, during, and after surgery Assist surgeons and nursing staff by passing instruments and other sterile supplies Ensure all equipment is functioning properly before and during procedures Adhere to all hospital safety protocols and healthcare regulations Participate in patient preparation and post-surgical care Manage surgical inventory and reorder supplies as needed Strong knowledge of sterile and aseptic techniques Proficiency in handling surgical tools and instruments Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively under pressure Excellent teamwork skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse healthcare teams High attention to detail and commitment to patient safety Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) required BLS Certification preferred
