Location: Westerville, OH Assignment: 13 Weeks | Night 5x8-Hour Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekly Pay Package Weekly Tax Free Stipend to be paid $929.60 Weekly Straight Pay (Taxable) $1,600.00 Weekly Overtime Pay (Taxable) $0.00 Weekly Gross $2,529.60 Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing high-quality patient care by assessing patient needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and evaluating outcomes. The RN works collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care while maintaining compliance with professional standards and facility policies. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans Monitor patient conditions and document changes accurately and timely Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed Perform and interpret patient assessments, vital signs, and clinical data Provide patient and family education regarding conditions, treatments, and care plans Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs, CNAs, and other support staff as appropriate Maintain accurate and complete medical records in accordance with facility standards Follow infection control, safety, and quality assurance protocols Respond effectively to emergencies and changes in patient status Advocate for patient safety, comfort, and well-being Work Environment Hospitals, outpatient clinics, long-term care facilities, rehabilitation centers, or specialty units Flexible scheduling including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as required Qualifications & Requirements Required Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (state-specific or compact license preferred) Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Minimum 1 year of recent clinical nursing experience (experience requirements may vary by specialty) Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and health screenings Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and assessment skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Additional certifications relevant to specialty (ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, etc.) Experience with electronic medical record (EMR/EHR) systems Specialty experience (e.g., Med-Surg, ICU, ER, OR, LTC, Rehab) Leadership or charge nurse experience Skills & Competencies Patient-centered care and advocacy Time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Attention to detail and accurate documentation Adaptability and professionalism Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, lift, and reposition patients for extended periods Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations Benefits (Optional – Customize as Needed) Competitive compensation Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plans (401(k)) Paid time off and holiday pay Continuing education and tuition reimbursement Career advancement opportunities Apply now to start your next travel adventure!
