Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Orient, OH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,737 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 52 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Behavioral Healthcare Provider 2 Profession: Behavioral Healthcare Provider Specialty: Staff Augmentation Duration: 52 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Experience: Minimum Years of Experience required License: Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC) Certifications: Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist (IMFT) or Licensed Registered Nurse with certificate of authority as a Clinical Nurse Specialist or Certified Nurse Practitioner with specialty certification in Mental Health or Psychiatry Must-Have: Training and development required to remain in the classification after employment. Completion of continuing professional education for license renewal pursuant to relevant sections of the Ohio Revised Code. Description: The Behavioral Healthcare Provider develops, coordinates, implements, and provides interdisciplinary services related to behavioral and biomedical sciences. This includes the application of knowledge and techniques relevant to health and illness for prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation. The Behavioral Healthcare Provider independently provides services within their credentialed scope of practice and serves as lead worker or liaison to support agencies. They act as lead worker over lower-level behavioral healthcare providers and independently develop and implement treatment plans for clients. Responsibilities include coordinating admission, assessment, evaluation, and treatment plans for clients' care cycles. They provide interventions for acute and complex clients and handle cases with numerous factors requiring crisis intervention. The role involves participating in the establishment and direction of behavioral healthcare programs and treatment system objectives. They develop, design, evaluate, and modify treatment intervention techniques and procedures to respond to client progress and behavior change. The Behavioral Healthcare Provider evaluates the performance of lower-level providers in administering prescribed treatment plans and maintains necessary data documents. They serve as active members of treatment teams, training sessions, and department procedure meetings. Additionally, they establish and maintain working relationships with other facilities and agencies to coordinate referrals and conduct follow-up services. Unusual working conditions may include exposure to potentially violent clients and unusual noise, odors, or contagious diseases. Travel to community sites under contract may also be required.
