HealthSource of Ohio seeks a dedicated Optometrist to join our multi-disciplinary team in delivering quality eye care services to diverse communities. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our efforts to improve visual health within a supportive and collaborative environment. Our comprehensive healthcare services aim to ensure holistic patient wellness, and as part of our organization, you will contribute directly to this mission. Perform comprehensive eye exams to assess patients' visual acuity and health. Diagnose and manage ocular disease. Prescribe corrective lenses and other visual aids. Provide pre- and post-operative care for patients undergoing eye surgery. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide patient-centered care. Stay up-to-date with advances in ocular technology and practices. Educate patients on eye health, including preventive care and treatments. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to make clinical decisions with a high degree of autonomy. Proficient in the use of electronic health records and optometric equipment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Licensed to practice optometry in the state of Ohio. Certification in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers.
