Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)Unit: Interventional RadiologyShift: VariedStatus: PRN (as needed)Facility: Atrium Medical CenterThe Clinical Nurse (CN) functions in a multifaceted role that demonstrates professionalism and promotes excellence in the practice of Nursing. The CN is responsible for maintaining high standards in clinical practice/continuum of care, professional practice development, teamwork, customer relations, and research/performance improvement for a caseload of patients as described by scopes of care in area of practice. The CN also coordinates and directs care delivered by the ancillary staff. The CN is accountable for compliance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act and applicable regulatory standards, and institutional policies and procedures. The CN provides physical, emotional and spiritual support that directly/indirectly impacts the patient outcomes and care provided to patients/families/significant others. The CN is responsible for knowledge and implementation of the mission, vision and values of Atrium Medical Center.Education: Graduation from accredited school of nursing.Licensure: Valid Ohio State Registered Nurse License.Experience: Minimum 1 year of RN experience in Critical Care, Cath Lab or Endoscopy Required. Interventional Radiology experience is preferred.Skills/Other: Must be willing to work with acutely ill patients, including emergency situations. Works independently as well as functioning as a team member. Capable of adapting to changing environment. Practice is consistent with Ohio Board of Nursing standards and regulations.by Jobble
