Job Description:

4-6 month contract position for a Lab Tech in Mason, Ohio. Basic lab skills and knowledge of GLPs are needed. Must be able to analyze data, measure and record attributes, use lab equipment and follow SOPS. Pay: $19.00 per hour. Schedule: Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities:

• Batch Production: Prepare and produce finished product batches according to established formulas and standard operating procedures.
• Quality Testing: Conduct comprehensive testing of finished product batches to evaluate their technical attributes.
• Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data obtained from testing and experiments. Interpret results, identify trends, and prepare reports summarizing findings.
• Compliance and Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments, test results, and procedures performed.Qualifications:

• Proven experience in product development, formulation, and testing within the relevant industry.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, analytical methods, and quality control principles.
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software for data analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Effective communication skills to convey complex technical information
