Job Description:
The Team Leader is responsible for the staffing and patient flow
of the unit a designated shift and collaborates in developing and
implementing processes that achieve positive clinical outcomes. The
Team Leader provides direct patient care in accordance with the
staff nurse role.Education: Graduation from an accredited school of
nursing. BSN required or must complete within 5 years of hire into
position. Proof of enrollment required within 6 months.Licensure:
Valid Ohio Registered Nurse licenseCertification: Current
CPRExperience: Minimum 1-3 years RN experienceSkills/Other:
Excellent leadership, communication and problem solving
abilitiesProven clinical competence.
