• Oversee all staffing needs and operations of the facility
  • Assist in filling vacancies in a timely manner
    • Support candidate screening and hiring processes
      • Assist in the preparation and execution of orientation and training plans
        • Develop work schedules by allocating employees in shifts and positions
          • Assist with call-ins, time off requests, and agency coverage as needed
            • Possess proven experience as a staffing coordinator or similar position
              • Have knowledge of staffing policies, procedures, and best practices
