Job Description:
Clinical Director - Behavioral Health ServicesWe are looking for
an independently licensed behavioral health professional with
management experience to oversee our clinical operations at our
brand new outpatient behavioral health facility in Middletown,
Ohio. This is an exciting new role with Community Health Alliance.
We operate Sojourner and TLC agencies which provide outpatient and
in-patient services to individuals in Southwest Ohio. The Clinical
Director oversees all aspects of clinical services including
programming to ensure quality and initiates quality improvement
efforts that lead to positive client outcomes, develops curricula
and programs to meet the needs of clients in a wide variety of
settings and builds the clinical competencies of staff ensuring
effective communication, education and training.Salary Range:

Student Interns and provide clinical supervisionJob Duties and
Responsibilities:Provides administrative and clinical supervision
for clinical staff.Monitor and maintain the clinical delivery of
services in accordance with the contract, licensing, certification,
accreditation, and agency standards.Complies with all federal and
state regulations governing diagnosis and treatment of mental,
emotional, and substance use disorders.Manages and participates in
all team meetings, supervision, trainings, and any other activity
as required.Provides services that are culturally sensitive,
medically necessary, and patient centered.Provides supervision to
direct reports and supports management staff assigned with
management of staff members.Monitors quality trends and
implementation of quality improvement initiatives and participates
in the design and implementation of program improvement to ensure
the provision of quality services.Skills & Abilities:Masters Degree
in mental health counseling or social workActive Ohio LPCC-S or
LISW-S requiredManagement experience requiredCommunity Health
