Job Description Job Description Location: Cincinnati, OH Employment Type: 1st Shift, Full-time, temp-to-hire Job Brief Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Project Manager Level 1 for our client. This job is responsible for analyzing, planning, and managing projects from start to finish. In this role, you’ll work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget. What’s a Typical Day Like? Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones in conjunction with stakeholders. Ensure all project tasks are completed, and objectives are met within the agreed timeline, scope, and budget. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery. Provide regular status updates to the project team and stakeholders on project progress and any emerging issues or risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project deliverables. Partner with store associates to test and gather feedback on new technology / equipment enhancements. Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, and meeting notes. Create training material & conduct train the trainer sessions on new best practices. What Are the Requirements of the Job? Proven experience in project management, with a track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient with Microsoft tools: Excel, Power Point. Etc. Is travel required – In store visits, about 25% Must have some experience Ability to work in fast-paced environment. Ability to move or lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel. Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
