Position Overview:
The Sr Manager, HR Business Partner partners with CMM Executives to
leverage strategy and drive needed business results. The Sr
Manager, HRBP will work closely with multiple senior leaders to
assess, anticipate, facilitate and inspire organizational and
people-related strategies. The individual must operate as a strong
collaborator and consultant, leveraging relationship skills and
business expertise, and provide solutions and recommendations to
align, enable, and accelerate both short and long-term
business/change objectives.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay
philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable

Our Base Pay Range for this position
$102,000 - $170,000
