Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Quality Assurance - Project Manager to develop and implement processes to ensure that all new product customizations and position codes are evaluated, correctly set up, and approved prior to introduction into the distribution centers.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, develop and maintain the GSC Quality SharePoint site up to date with all new and updated information including DC Customization Reports, Spec Book additions and/or revisions, application testing results, and t-spec information. Test new garments and trim, and maintain the New Application Test Reports and the DC Customization Reports. Approve/restrict position codes on requested garments. Work closely with Customer Service in problem resolution. Assist in maintaining consistency in the audit process throughout the Division by administering Certification tests and conducting monthly auditor meetings. Take action where appropriate and make recommendations toward quality improvements. Work with Distribution front-line partners and leaders when making decisions on new garments to ensure product guidelines are established before new products or methods are approved for production. Manage weekly and monthly distribution reports. Ensure the process for all quality tests on new products or changes in existing products is being followed.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma/GED
• Knowledge of and/or experience using Microsoft Project or Smartsheet
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet

  • Minimum 1 year supply chain and/or project management experience
