Job Description:

A diverse GC looking to expand their footprint in the Columbus area as they ramp up their already strong pipeline over the coming years. My client is a close-knit small to midsize general contractor in the Columbus Area. They specialize in tenant improvement and additions but are growing in the ground-up space, with a focus on commercial construction as well as light industrial, medical office space, municipal, and the retail space. Projects are typically in the $1-10 Mil range. They are looking to grow more into the ground-up market and want a senior leader to join their team to help with the expansion. This is an opportunity where your voice will be heard and get to sit in with senior leadership and directly assist with the growth of the company.
Work across Project Management team and manage the day-to day operations
Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors
Manage scope review process
manage permit and occupancy with government agencies
Manage and update budgets
Conduct regular status meetings with project team
Deliver projects on time and within company profit targets

Bachelor's Degree preferred (Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management is plus)
-Project Management 2+ years required or APM with 3-4 years experience
-Experience with a General Contractor
