Maintenance Operators (TMP) for our Fishers IN site! Objective:
Maintenance of the production lines. In this position the
Maintenance Operator will: Execute maintenance work on the
production lines, according to the maintenance plan and MTL
indications Receive and share a report of the breakdown and
activities that occur during the shift Report any machinery
non-conformity detected in terms of efficiency, safety and quality
Record all production activities on the dedicated software and/or
form Execute a line setup and support production during start-up
phase Support continuous improvement activities, both internal and
external Support colleagues, new employees and operators in
production activities when needed. Qualification Requirements Read
electrical diagram and mechanical drawings Breakdown analysis and
problem-solving techniques Mechanical, electrical, software and
automatic inspection system knowledge Maintenance software
knowledge Ability to use main maintenance machine/tools
