Job Description Job Description Location: Cincinnati, OH Employment Type: 1st Shift, Full-time, Direct hire Job Brief Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring an Electrical Panel Assembly for our client. This role is responsible for assembling, wiring, and laying out electrical control panels according to schematics and instructions, performing minor mechanical assembly tasks, using power and hand tools safely, and supporting the disassembly and creating machines as needed. What’s a Typical Day Like? Have basic knowledge of electricity Able to read and understand basic pneumatic, electrical and hydraulic schematics. Have required tools, know how to read and use measuring instruments, and be capable of doing light duty mechanical work. Basic wiring utilizing blueprint drawings Layout and wiring of control panel Strong motor skills and strong mechanical aptitude to use power tools and hand tools to assemble frame of machine. Assembly of minor tooling; drilling and tapping With instructions from team lead – disassemble machine Crate machine What Are the Requirements of the Job? High School Diploma or GED equivalency- required Electronic/ Trade School certificate or any higher education in electronics or mechanical systems preferred. 1-2 years of related work experience OR Any appropriate combination of education and experience. Proficient with power and hand tools. Strong Technical abilities Work in a team environment and be safety oriented Ability to work in fast-paced environment. Ability to move or lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel. Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination. Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time Communication skills.
