About the Role: The Service Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of various systems within our communities. This position involves diagnosing and repairing electrical, HVAC, and plumbing issues to maintain a safe and efficient environment. The technician will also be responsible for conducting preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in electrical troubleshooting and HVAC systems maintenance. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to electrical systems and HVAC equipment, providing timely repairs as needed. Utilize power tools and hand tools to carry out repairs and installations, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Write detailed routine reports and correspondence regarding maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance. Collaborate and work effectively with other maintenance staff to address complex issues and improve overall service delivery.
