In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, servicing, and maintaining various types of fire extinguishing equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards and to help protect lives and property. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on fire extinguishers and other fire suppression systems. Perform onsite repairs and replace parts as necessary to ensure equipment meets safety regulations and is in good working order. Document inspection results and maintain accurate service records for compliance and warranty purposes. Advise customers on the latest safety standards and recommendations for fire safety equipment. Train end-users on the proper use and maintenance of fire extinguishers and safety protocols. Coordinate with sales and service departments to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery. In-depth knowledge of fire extinguishers types, components, and operating principles. Proficiency in using tools and diagnostic devices for equipment maintenance and repair. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to upholding safety standards. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and team members. Medical Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Fire Extinguisher Technician (CFET) or equivalent. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
