use your expert manufacturing operations and engineering skills in

could use your expertise on our team! As an Operations Manager I,
you'll drive the strategic goals for one or more areas in
operations such as overseeing and managing manufacturing
operations, production control, product engineering, manufacturing
engineering, equipment engineering, inventory control, and/or
materials functions, such as purchasing, and shipping/receiving
activities. You'll improve technologies, and resolve problems in
conjunction with manufacturing, quality assurance, and engineering.
Your duties will also include translating customer requirements
into state-of-the-art manufacturing strategies and processes,
resulting in cost-effective processing and profitable manufacturing
of company products, developing operations-related plans, budgets,
policies and procedure, and ensuring the operations environment is
safe and in compliance with all regulations in regards to the
production facility. Qualifications You Must Have: Bachelor's
degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field of study Related
experience may be considered in lieu of required education
Typically, 6 years of progressive operations management experience,
which includes 0-2 years of management experience. Basic
understanding of and experience with the practical application of
production/manufacturing principles, techniques and best practices
Ability to understand and interpret technical schematics, diagrams,
blueprints, manuals and/or publications Experience with materials
management systems Previous supervisory experience; the ability to
recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work and
oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence The
ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is
required Qualifications We Prefer: Experience as Structural / Sheet
metal technician Familiarity with Lean, Six-sigma, and/or Theory of
Constraints Manufacturing Principles Understanding of Assembly,
Integration and Test practices Background in the Aerospace and
